Our signature crispy-marshmallowy shell piled high with vanilla cream, Kesar mango custard and lots of fresh Ataulfo mangoes. Finished with a touch of lime

Mango passionfruit Chiffon (slices)

Our signature plush, light-as-air chiffon cake brimming with the scent of fresh passionfruit and mango puree. Finished with fragrant orange blossom glaze.

What’s so special about our specials?

We are a seasonal dessert shop that changes our products frequently. It gives us a lot of joy and inspiration in our kitchen to create new desserts with ingredients that are at their best.

We offer hyper-seasonal dessert specials that evolve with the seasons here in Southern Ontario. In the summer time, we offer lighter desserts that feature the bountiful fruits from our region. Items like berries and stone fruit from Niagara are highlighted on some of our special desserts. In the colder months, we turn our attention to richer desserts with deeper flavours. During the fall and winter season, we offer our decadent Turtle Tarts, the Very Very Chocolate cake, Black sesame and hazelnut eclairs…

Due to our capacity limitations, our specials are offered in limited quantities on a first-come-first-served basis. We limit the quantity per customer (currently it is 1 per person) to ensure that we can serve the largest number of our customers as possible. We encourage you to come early to ensure that you are not disappointed! :)

Please note that we do not offer these special desserts outside of their peak period. They are not available for custom order. Our goal is always to create the best possible version of the dessert that we can. We want you to say “I can’t wait for summer so I can have Roselle’s Fraisier again!”.
