One of our favourite pavlovas of the year is back. 

It starts with our crispy and tender pavlova base which we layer with fresh vanilla cream, Kesar mango custard and lots of fresh Ataulfo mangoes and a touch of lime zest. 

Serves 8-10 people. Best eaten the same day.
