Viennoiserie & Savoury Things

Friends, you might have notice some savoury items popping up on our Instagram page (@roselle_to) and in our Instagram stories.

We’re very happy to be re-introducing to you…galettes!

If you've been frequenting/following us from the beginning (thank you!) you might remember a very brief moment during our first year where we introduced these guys. They were well received for the two weeks that we offered them but we stopped because it got to be too much for our little shop. Alas, many years later with a bit more experience and time-managing skills under our belt, we're giving them another shot.

We've also started offering croissant sandwiches. Because croissant. And sandwiches. We will be offering 1 kind of galette and 1 kind of croissant sandwich everyday (in limited quantities) and we'll rotate the flavour every other week. 

Currently until February 9th, we are offering a roasted portobello mushroom & spinach galette, and a smoked salmon croissant sandwich with everything bagel seasoning on top.

We're also planning on switching up our viennoiserie showcase. We'll offer our signatures (OG croissant, pain au chocolat, cinnamon kouign-amann, twice-baked almond and ham + cheese) daily, but Saturdays & Sundays we'll feature a brand new twice-baked sweet croissant and kouign-amann. We'll offer these at both East & West! 

...but how will you know what's available? We'll do our best to post a "board" of our special flavours through Instagram/Facebook whenever make the changes. Be sure to screenshot for your reference.
