New Decade, New News!

Happy 2020 friends!

2019 has been a huge year for this little business and we have all of you to thank for. We expanded from our little humble abode on King St East to a beautiful, bright and bigger production space on Queen West. The expansion had been almost 2 years in the making and we are grateful to have been welcomed into the neighbourhood with so much love. As we’re getting more settled in our second location (our official headquarters!), we’re thrilled to slowly reveal our plans for 2020. A year we are claiming as the Year of Butter, but really, that’s pretty much every year for us..

Without further ado, some new news!

1) We’re launching a news channel (ish?). aka, an email subscription! This isn’t just any subscription though. Sign up and we promise to make your email inbox so much sweeter. Think first-to-know news on events, secret menu items..maybe even flash sales? You can unsubscribe anytime…if you tire of being the first to know of deals ;)

2) Galette des rois! Every year our closure falls past Epiphany, this year being no exception. But!! We love these and want to offer them to you. We’ll be making super limited quantities, so don’t wait!

3) Savoury stuff and viennoiserie rotation. Starting Wednesday January 15th we will be adding a savoury galette (think delicious open face pie) to our line-up that will be available daily. And a croissant sandwich of some type. Because croissant sandwiches. We’re also going to feature a different few croissants that will change every few weeks…

4) Evening Dessert…at Roselle WEST! Oh yes, we’re very amped to be trying these new hours at 108 Dovercourt. We’ll be creating some new specials and offer our usual selection…but later! The evening hours will be the same as at Roselle East: Fridays and Saturdays, 8pm-11pm. We will be starting evening dessert again Friday January 17th.
